Instead of going to one of the popular restaurants, we decided to check out this cozy little spot. The service was friendly, the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. I ordered the minced sandwich (no cheese) and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our waitress was attentive and the service was quick. The chef even came out to greet us and mentioned that they smoke their meat outside. We will definitely be returning, maybe even this weekend! Some additional notes: You pay when you're ready, there's free parking, and the bathrooms are conveniently located in the nearby plaza. I highly recommend this place and wish there was a similar restaurant back home in Pasadena!
The buzz was justified. Tyler was fantastic. Despite it being off-season and the restaurant being empty, it felt like a personal visit with Tyler as our amazing host. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. And for those on a budget, the bathroom was clean and easy to access.
A family-run Mexican restaurant serving a plentiful selection of dishes. I ordered the Carne asada burrito and it was the perfect size for a hungry person who just came back from snowboarding all day. The environment was alive and the staff took care of us. The young man who served our table was at the top of his game and made sure that he checked our orders correctly and regularly to ensure that everything was perfect. Definitely a place to try when you feel Mexican food!
This is one of my favorite spots in Mammoth. The food is delicious and the restaurant is family-owned, I think by a Mexican family. The staff is super friendly and the chefs are great! The photo is of the Fiesta Omelette, which had tender and juicy carne asada inside. It was perfect for brunch!
Wonderful family-run diner with amazing Mexican and smoker dishes. Very friendly and attentive service.
