We stumbled across this restaurant while taking a trip through manacor! And all I can say is thay I cannot recommend it enough! The pizza, was so delicious and fluffy base. I got the cabonara and I can confidently say that I’ve had the best pasta of my life at this restaurant!! My boyfriend got the truffle pasta and also amazing. The owners are lovely people and happy to explain any dishes and ingredients within the dish which overall made our entire experience. Italian food with Italian products..... An example of this is the carbonara with egg and guanciale; unique environment with views of the tower of the cathedral of Manacor.
