Naturaleza - Managua

Well... do not expect a sanctuary: Yes, they have vitamins, and some oils, and many infusions / picks / vegetable things, but this is not ingenious. I'm going there because there's nothing left in Managua, but when I leave Nicaragua, I'm going to other places to buy what I need. I appreciate their own brand Naturaleza, which is good and not expensive: the cool and from Nicaragua. But I have great doubts about the real medicine effect over all the vitamin, and pills with a very comercial packaging and promeses.

My biggest disappointment is that Naturaleza seems about 1/10 of the size I think Managua could support. It reminds me of a typical grocery store of 1980 in Oympia Washington. It has a large range of medicine and body care products, but the selection of food is quite small. You can find brown rice, sugar free peanut butter, soy flour and such. You will also find a lot of Gringas shopping there the way you would have found in this business in Olympia.

The only place in the whole country where we found tofu, sincean and vegan nacatamales (traditional tamales of nicaragua in the rule made with pork.) relatiw cheap. some vegan cosmetics like dr. bronners Seife and costarican brande bioland. relatiw expensive.
