Dunkin' - Manalapan

This is an excellent spot for coffee and donuts. However, it tends to get very busy after 5:30, making it difficult to get service. Finding parking can also be a challenge during that time.

The service was terrible, and the food was served cold. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed that there isn't one available!

The customer service is always polite, and my order is never wrong. They consistently remember my furry friends as well. I will make a special effort to visit this particular Dunkin' Donuts.

This is absolutely insane the toast was a little bigger than the palm of my hand half the size of the sandwich box and they just charged $5.00 ??? You don't get a chance to look at what they give you when you're on the drive thru line, , however theprice is absolutely insane

Stop giving these people your hard earned money! On multiple occasions this location has messed up my orders! One time I ordered snackin? bacon and they literally served it to me cold and raw! Another time I ordered hash browns and they were entirelyburnt!! And this finally time I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant toasted and a caramel iced coffee. My Iced wasn?t lightenough so I asked the guy in the window to add my cream and he literally turned my entire drink white!! So at this point I goinside to speak to a manager which they told me there wasn?t one when I first entered the store! My croissant was not toasted aswell so I asked the manager to toast it for me and she literally burnt it to the point it was actually black all around exceptfor the middle. Never coming back here again just to get treated poorly, served unqualified food, and waste my money that I workfor!
