Dunkin' - Manalapan

Well maintained and prompt service. What more could anyone ask for!

We went onto drive thru. The person working/taking orders was very patient and helpful. But the coffee ordered was Vanilla iced latte, what I got was vanilla iced coffee with milk. It didn?t looked right. So I asked if they made what I want. I was evenasked if something was wrong, he explain what iced latte is and took the coffee and put in more iced coffee and bring itback. Ridiculous! I?m amazed at how he assumed I don?t know what a iced latte is and tried to fool me and put in more icedcoffee and bring it back. The person should be very disgusted by his/her own self. Idiots. Never going back. Watch out for yourorders they might be spitting in it as well.

Wonderful service! My order always comes out delicious and correct. The staff is always kind and respectful. Hands down my favorite dunkin to go to.
