Nice place to hangout and enjoy good food. We ordered lamb sausage pizza and ginger honey lemon tea. Both turned out to be very good. One can sit at the roof-top and enjoy the complete view of mall road and snow capped mountains.

Cafe Signature is located on the main Manali Mall Road and it is situated above Chopsticks restaurant.<br/ <br/ The restaurant is spacious with 1st floor and roof top seatings available. The ambiance is cosy and comfortable with a graffiti made on the wall. I went here twice for dinner and both the times chose roof top area as it is just way too good. The lights, view and good music sets the mood even if the temperature was around 4°.<br/ <br/ The menu is huge with Italian, Chinese, North Indian and Tibetan food being available. December being the non peak season so the items from tandoor were not available. Options are great for vegetarians and non vegetarians and prices are not too high actually it is pocket friendly if compared to other places around as both times we group of 5 had around 2 to 3 pizzas, garlic breads, burgers under 1k.<br/ <br/ The service is quick and the staff is helpful and attentive.<br/ <br/ What We Had <br/ Garlic Cheese Bread <br/ 1st time overdone and perfectly executed on our 2nd visit. The bread was great with nice amount of cheese.<br/ <br/ Veg Burger.<br/ Falafel Burger <br/ Fresh buns served which was a great feeling. The veg burger was basic with only tomato and cucumber along with some mayo and mix veg patty. The falafel burger had nice crisp fried falafels along with beetroot mix with mayo and some veggies. It also tasted decent.<br/ <br/ Burnt Garlic Pepper Pizza.<br/ BYO Pizza <br/ Their pizzas are great for the price paid. Thin crus, available in 6 8 spice size which was topped with fresh veggies and good amount of cheese. Both the times for every pizza the crust was perfect and overall the pizzas tasted great. However I would like some additions in their pizza menu which should contain paneer.<br/ <br/ So Cafe Signature is a perfect place when you are in Manali and you are bored eating the regular food hence do visit here and definitely you won't be disappointed. Also they will be introducing new items soon.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in a city not known for its food scene. I was desperately looking for a place with delicious food that wasn't just instant noodles. Everything we ordered here was fantastic. The honey chilli potatoes were some of the crispiest I've ever had, and the veg burgers were great, but what really stood out were the fries and tartar sauce. The staff were quick to accommodate our request to mix the Arabiata pasta with some white sauce. The service was excellent, with the friendliest staff in Manali who even replaced some fries for free when I dropped them. The terrace has an amazing view and I highly recommend it. Overall, I love this place and will definitely be back next time I'm in Manali.

Two friends and I visited this place on the evening of August 14th after a tiring biking tour from Rohtang. Unfortunately, Manali was experiencing a power outage that day. Despite the lack of power backup, we decided to dine on the terrace. Surprisingly, the neighboring restaurant was well-lit. Having been disappointed by other options in the market, we took a chance and ordered penne arrabiata (red sauce pasta), which turned out to have an authentic Italian taste. We also tried the Veg Thukpa and Cheese Chilly (paneer), both of which were delicious. We were impressed by all the dishes and decided to make this restaurant our go-to spot for future visits, as finding good food in this market had been a challenge. We even celebrated a friend's birthday that evening, and everything went smoothly. The staff, including a newly hired server, were helpful and friendly. The server even recommended popular dishes based on his experience, which we appreciated. To the management, your team is doing a fantastic job, especially the chef.
