Vibes Himachali Cuisine - Manali

After searching for a traditional Himachali food we found this hidden gem of a place in Manali.<br/ <br/ We had a traditional dham or Himachali thali here. The food was amazingly tasty. Must visit... Don't miss this when in Manali. Staff was v generous..!

I had Thali at Vibes with additional chicken dish. Everything was just superb ans amazingly delicious. Service was excellent. After serving the Thali they explained me what is each dish is and how it will taste, how it is prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed the food.

Decided to opt for this place as it was offering traditional Himachal cusine contrary to the majory of the restaurants in the Manali mall street. It was a great choice! They have a while page on the menu of local foods which I never heard of! Traditional thali was just great, Himachal sidoo a great discovery. We had the dinner on a charming terrace overlooking the street. Last but not least, the service was just amazing very caring attentive, patiently explaining all menu items. I absolutely recommend!!!

It was amazing food .... friendly place yummy fish mutton gravy . Must try Veg Thali as it is authentic at every dish searing arrangement is too good

The place is really good is you are looking for easy and great hangouts near manali. You can order alot of things here and one of their specialties is himachai dham which will make you crave for more. The staff here is reallly friendly and they make you feel like home everytime you visit manali. I would recommend this place to everyone who is visiting manali if you like to have some off beat experience and peace.
