Chick-fil-a - Manassas

Since this place again opened its only departure. she? ve has made my order several times wrong, not only that, but the pommes are not even edible. they are tasteless and stale each time. I ordered yesterday by the drive and there were screws in my pocket. not cool and super unsafe for anyone who has kids

Chick-fil-A's doing it again! everything tasted fresh, hot and tasty or cold and refreshing! it hits the point it is amazing as always! the journey through was efficient and they missed only a BBQ sauce on an order to the right!

September 19, we went around 6pm, I waited for my order patiently and as soon as I received it they told me to leave when I didn't even have time to place my order to the passenger side. Even the employee who got my order was very rude and the girl at the window with black hair who hands out the order was basically just shoving the food in my face. I thought chick fil a was famous for its good food and friendliness, well not this one. Will not be going ever again.

I'm used to such exceptional service and quality from Chick FIL a that a small issue stands out. This newly remodeled store is showing some growing pains. The app doesn't recognize eat in orders (drive thru only) and when I pointed it out, the manager said it was to give them a chance to gear up before the rush of app orders. Service was slow, and the cashier neglected to tell me to flash my app to get credit for my meal at the counter. Then when I asked about it, she said sorry, too late. I'll give them a couple weeks to get ready for prime time before I go back to the Signal hill store.

Employees are always polite and friendly. Went to the recently renovated Chick-fil-A on Liberia Avenue. Scanner had a problem reading my code but eventually got it after 3 tries so my got backed up! Food is hot and fresh but the bun was a little beaten up. Sandwich was still tasty! Overall a good visit.
