It's Just Wings - Manatee County

Don 't go to It 's Just Wings!! The manager Angel was very helpful in the end. The young man named Angel, I think that was his name) was off the clock but still managed to assist. The five dollar kitchen staff worker wanted to act like security. He almost got knocked out or worse. The young white girl at the to go counter, has no home training and no people skills,was VERY nasty and rude. She was half doing her job. She kept saying how busy it was, but kept going to sit down to chat with an employee on break. I attempted to reach out to corporate, but no response. They are desperate for help and they are obviously in agreement with this foolishness and horrible customer service!! If they don 't train Sarah plain and tall a customer who won 't deal with that foolishness is going to put hands on her, and hurt her.

Don’t be fooled, this place is inside of a Chili’s because that’s exactly what it is. Chili’s. It’s a ghost kitchen. Which is sketchy enough as it is. Onto the food. The fries had a good flavor but were soft. The boneless wings were passable. They tasted a fraction better than Tyson frozen wings. Not worth the price tag. Worth three stars. However, they lose a point for their “hot” sauce. It’s jalapeño cilantro, which does taste pretty good. But it’s not “hot” by any means. I would be hard pressed to even list it as a “mild” option. All I can say is “meh”. Save yourself some money and go to Salem’s, you’ll get a similar level of quality.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

Delicious food, quick service, excellent customer service. have ordered from 2 different locations now and both were great everytime!
