Applebee's - Manchester

Well, I had a good opinion until the waiting staff pulled me off. I have commanded one to go and she has also calculated the amount of food as a drink. I doubled my bill. I don't think so. a few dollars not biggie. but double my bill only to give yourself a big tip. unfortunately my bank will not allow me to make a screenshot food: 4/5

The food was good. service was good if you consider that they are only little personalvegetarian options: beautiful salate child-friendliness: familial atmosphere parking: large floor wheelchair accessible: good nutritional restrictions: if you ask, they will adapt

I'll start by saying I NEVER return food from a takeout order. Even if it's bad, I'll eat it if I'm hungry enough. Not the case tonight. I ordered one of my go-tos, fiesta lime chicken. I am not exaggerating when I say it was the most disgusting thing I have ever eaten from applebees. I had a few bites and immediately felt sick to my stomach. Even the lime garnish was visibly rotten. I also ordered the loaded waffle fries which were completely soggy. When I brought the order back, the manager was polite and did refund it, but I was discouraged by the fact that he didn't ask what was wrong with the food. Isn't that something you would want to know so you can tell the kitchen staff and they could fix it for future customers?

Went out with 3 other people. 3/4 people got a drink. One drink per person. Our waitress Lilly refused to get us any other drinks, even our friend who ordered a Pepsi! She said they did not feel comfortable with the amount of liquor on the table. Yet there was no liquor at all. Poor service, not worth the trip and mediocre food. We ended up going somewhere else to have a good night. I understand having to order a meal if you want a 3rd drink. But when each person only had one drink and they refuse completely?! Not worth it. Go somewhere else.

2.5 stars but let's be kind, have 3... The smallest portions we've seen in ages. Food from 1-10 was 6, our waitress was ok... Have you ever felt like you shouldn't ask too much because you might inconvenience someone? That's how we felt... So not even a Sprite refill was offered and we didn't ask. Regardless, we tipped over 15%, because she could've had a not so good day... Their Chips and Queso Dip with this much dip, so we ended up having to pay for extra dip... Not going back there. ????
