We stopped today on the way up by nh and it was good-worthy the way around. excellent muffins and so a nice staff. highly recommended!

I ordered from bearded baking for the birthdays of vacation and other family members and it was always great. last December he did a fantastic job on my friend's cake. but of course it comes time for my birthday and the things are not so smooth. the first time that my friend has submitted the cake order online, he did it in less than the 2 weeks request, which I thought he would say no and we had decided to celebrate my birthday anyway because of other things. but the owner waited until the day before to mail my birthday that he was not able to do it. this leads us to the time number 2 this month. this time my friend has submitted the order with more than 2 weeks before the desired date. the owner waits until Tuesday, the 21st juni to tell my friend that his cake for Saturday, the 25th juni would not happen. this time is the argumentation because it was a special theme week in the bakery, so that it did not custom cake orders. the hardest part is that he didn't say anything earlier. if they need custom cake orders to be placed online and not via the phone, then they must stay up on emails. it's sad because I really enjoyed a custom birthday cake from him. However, we have been told twice that he is too busy so that we will take up our business elsewhere.

Truly one of the best donuts we ever had (maple mocha chocolate frog from harry potter week.) staff and owners were super helpful and pleasant. will come back. eat everything amazing!

Quite the selection of pastries for a small shop. All the employees were very helpful and their prices were more than reasonable. Looks like I will be visiting here on a regular basis!

We ordered 2 cakes for my daughters birthday. One was the complete wrong filling, the other was correct. Customer service could have been handled better. Called once to speak with Jon, the owner, and I was told “Im busy, I will call you back”. Never received a call, emailed me 2 days later instead. Called back again and spoke with a woman and she confirmed my order, since it was 2 customs cakes I ordered online, everything was “all set”. I called again spoke with Jon and yet again confirmed my order, he said “I sent you a email”. Thats 3 times of confirming my order and one cake was incorrect. Very disappointed. The cakes tasted great but when you spend $250 for cakes you expect them to be perfect.
