All in all, it is a great place to eat. Friendly service. This place is clean to be so busy. Best sweet tea around.

My fav is the grouper fish. Hush puppies are addicting too. The chicken is a close tie with the fish. They have a variety of other foods as well that are so delicious. Potato logs, chic salad, pork chops, hot wings in her homemade sauce, potato salad...and if in season, the best chicken and dumplings you'll ever put in your mouth so much to choose from that will leave u full and happy. Allyson (owner), JoJo, and Chris give the best service. And cleanliness is A+.

I tried the popcorn chicken this time and it was super good! More than enough to share. Fast, courteous service. I've never had to check my bag to see if they got it right or forgot something. Always fresh and hot and just what I ordered. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

My husband and I use to love Butcher Block, but after the last two visits we will not be back. The first visit, We order a 20 piece chicken wing and received all drums and no flats. The second time, we asked specifically for a mixture of both drums and flats. The guy who took our order said “Yes, Sir” so we assumed he was going to give us a mixture. We get home to find all drums and they were dry and over cooked. We called the restaurant and were told that the guy didn’t agree to the mixture and that they didn’t have any flats. The manager or staff member was extremely rude and said it’s not her fault. She didn’t even offer a refund, but we should have taken the wings back and got a refund anyway, but my husband was so upset we decided to not go back. $18 for a 20 piece dry drums and a hard time. Butcher Block will never get another dime.
