Captain D's Seafood - Manchester

I recently visited my local Captain D's, which is usually a reliable spot. Unfortunately, this time the experience was different. The other staff members were friendly, but the woman who handed us our food was rude and seemed unhappy in her job. We ordered a fish meal with fries and four hush puppies, but we only received the fish—no fries. To make matters worse, when we opened the chicken strip meal, it contained what appeared to be strange black fish instead of chicken, and the taste was terrible. The undercooked fries were coarse and soggy, and we received four hush puppies meant for the fish meal instead. While the other staff were cheerful, that one lady's attitude really took away from our experience. I hope for better service next time.
