Carlito's Bakery - Manchester

I’ve been ordering from Carlito’s every year for the kid’s birthday cakes and they’re always perfect! I just picked up my granddaughter’s unicorn cupcakes and they’re beautiful! Very reasonably priced as well. The owner is friendly and easy to work with on cake ideas. I always recommend!

Two birthday cakes (chocolate and carrot) nothing special. The consistency was off and had a weird taste. Never went back. They wanted to charge hundreds so I declined to move forward with their business only for them to lower it and give me garbage. I was in shock since the single portion of chocolate cake tasted amazing. It was embarrassing to serve this cake to my guests.

I've tried just about every pastry they've sold the past 4 years and everything has been phenomenal. Wonderful sandwiches and great bread. Their quesadillas, wraps, and breakfast sandwiches are great. I've ordered in the store a few times and online through Uber and DD. They always package everything up well and call if you order something that's out of stock.

Unprofessional. Made an order two weeks in advanced to be picked up at 11am. Arrived at 12p was told told to come back in an hour. The least she could have done was make a phone call to notify her customer that she was running late. She did not care that her delay caused an inconvenience. A professional business would have offered a discount/extra treats or at least be genuinely sorry. She DGAF. Packaging is trash as well!! Do better!!
