When you first opened it was amazing and if Yari (i think thats her name) is there the service is great but the dark haired girl with glasses is driving your business to the ground. I have discussed this with a few of my friends that also used to love thisplace and say the same thing. She is rude and moves too slow. Packing up food should never take that long. Its sad when I gothere and see other patrons having similar issues. The staff needs to be retrained. This place had too much potential.

Incredible paintings on the walls in the dining room. Great food/portions, fast/attentive service and decent prices. The fried potato balls and chicken soup were both excellent.

I know as kids some of us used to hum while yall ate Mami food, I swear brought me back ???? I was humming the whole time I was eating cuz this food was so delicious so clean and so flavorful ???? Definitely going back!!!????????????????????

I only go here to eat the mofongo I enjoy it every time because it?s always done fresh! And my husband likes the the tostones locos he say?s they are good. I?ve had their alcapurrias and they are okay, their empanadillas are okay also and I?m not a fanof the relleno de papa I actually don?t even suggest trying it they don?t taste good! The tripleta sandwich is okay nothinggreat! Not to mention their prices are up there I rather go to a steak house for the amount of money you end up spending here.Their service sucks as well especially if you are sitting down in the dining room. The girls lack personality most of the timethey are so serious, they don?t even know about the menu when you ask them questions and the service is turtle slow!

The portions were fair and the pernil was delicious but the customer service in the dine in was not good at all. The waitress Maria did not want to be there and she showed. For the first time dining in, this was not the best experience. However, I feellike the take out area has better customer service.
