This location had very quick and friendly service, however they didn't follow my requests to hold a few things on my sandwich and salad.
I waited 20 minutes for the lady to come over to the register at the slowest pace I have ever witnessed. I just wanted to order 1 CUP OF SOUP. She told me I was going to have to wait 35 minutes. This is unacceptable. It takes 5 minutes tops to ladle thesoup into a cup. Been coming here for decades and this has never happened.
Been in the area for over 5 years, Panera Bread remains a hit-or-miss option for us. Always a polite but disinterestrd staff where service depends upon the day. My biggest gripe, if I order something why the hassle, nothing is ever easy.
Went with my family for dinner. The counter person told us they would call us when our meal was ready instead of giving us a pager. 25 minutes later I went to see what was taking so long and found our food sitting on the counter. I ordered a soup andhot sandwich, unfortunately it must have sat on the counter long enough it was warm at best. When I told the staff that no onecalled us and my stuff had cooled. I was told that they have microwave at the coffee station I can use. If I want micowave foodIn would have saved my money and ate at home. The store was not busy just poor customer service.
Orders are accurate, food us very good. This particular place gets very busy and sometimes staff overlook delivery drivers. Prices are a little high but again, food is fresh and tasty.
