Saigon Noodles - Manchester

We had our first lunch at Saigon Noodle yesterday and we will certainly be returning. The spring rolls and pho were amazing! The owner was incredibly welcoming and even brought a chair to our table. We can't wait to come back!

This is a wonderful little restaurant! The pho was delicious and came with all the traditional accompaniments. The owner is a lovely woman who brings her authentic Vietnamese roots to the menu. You'll find no Chinese dishes here—everything is genuinely Vietnamese. The Chicken Noodle Soup (Pho Ga) was especially flavorful. I will definitely return!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover such high-quality, authentic Vietnamese cuisine in New Hampshire. I ordered the Bún thịt nướng, and every ingredient was incredibly fresh. The combination of spices and flavors was just perfect. The friendly and attentive waitress, who I believe was also the chef and owner, brought me some Bún nem nướng to try as well. It was absolutely delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience for both my taste buds and my wallet. Honestly, I feel like the price should have been at least five times what I paid, and I would have happily paid that amount. I will definitely be returning frequently!

This is such an unexpected find but so glad we did find it. We had amazing pho and deliciously fresh spring rolls. The tea was even delightful. The owner was so friendly and sweet. I would highly recommend trying Saigon noodle.

Best noodles anywhere. The interior is kind of odd for a Vietnamese restaurant but you'll get over it once you taste the food. The owner is really nice and the service is top notch!
