Absolutely amazing. The atmosphere, the service and of course the FOOD! Unbelievable experience. You can feel the love and take care of the owners placed in this place. Perhaps the best culinary experience I've ever had.
We had the BEST dinner at The Silver Fork! Every dish and cocktail is a delicious art form. The aesthetic in the former library building is at the same time breathtaking and cozy. Special touches are everywhere. The staff makes you welcome and are part of a wonderful experience. We spent over 3 hours eating and imbibing and it was a total pleasure! Very recommended! And the bread pudding desert is epic!
We had a delicious meal at the bar tonight in the silver fork, which is located in the old library. The whole food was beautifully presented and delicious. The swordfish and the French onion soup were amazing. We never get dessert, but all around us ordered the bread pudding and it was worth it!
We flew to Vermont just to check this place out and it did not disappoint. We got there early and had a couple drinks while we waited for our table and the drinks were good. For a starter we had fried cheese balls (it had a different name) with anchovie dip and they were AMAZING. For dinner we had Wienerschnitzel and the Maryland crab cake and they were both delicious. The schnitzel was as good if not better than any I had in my travels in Germany. For dessert we had the bread pudding and it was hands down my favorite bread pudding ever. The place is in a converted library and it was cozy. The service was great and we even got a special visit from Melody (the owner) and she was SO sweet. 10/10 would fly back just for that schnitzel.
