The place was charming. The atmosphere was beautiful. Food was excellent!!! We enjoyed shrimp Francese, shrimp fra diavolo, mussels. calamari, etc. with our party of four. I love it!

I wanted to try this place and a friend. I wanted a veal Parmesan hero and my friend got a chicken stable Parmesan hero. I asked him if you could put a little extra cheese on the veal Parmesan helmet he saw me right in the eyes and said you don't want to pay for extra cheese I told him you didn't have to say that I would of course pay for extra cheese. He told me how I said it was like I didn't want to pay the cheese. I didn't know that it was a real way to say you could add extra cheese, how that really makes a difference Very rude and harmful to say, maybe a future customer I will never go back there.

Had the worst experience to order the start of Cafe Napoli. You've been going to this restaurant for years and ordered an offer tonight. We ordered a big simple cake and six dinners. The person who takes the order actually read it back correctly, but when I came there, to my surprise, there were only five dinners and no pizza. I said they missed a dinner and the pizza. Perhaps the most disturbing aspect is the person behind the counter rude. He pretended it was our fault when it was obviously her. The actual insult came when he didn't even apologize. If he had apologised, I would have tortured it to a busy night and a mistake, but his rude attitude and failure to apologize shows terrible customer service. It is about CAFE NAPOLI to be in the COMPANY SERVICE MEASURES! I can't even give them 1 star.

First time ordering pizza at this restaurant, I had pepperoni delicious but a little oily next time I will order a regular pizza. But it was the best I?ve had since leaving North Jersey they have the best and I have tried lots of pizza. This will be my go to spot.
