23rd Street Pizza - Manchester

We ordered takeaway from here only to be incredibly disappointed. We got one 20 pizza and two 12 pizzas. None of the pizzas had enough tomato sauce on the base to taste, they were very dry and bland. All pizzas were cold likely due to the fact they missed the mozzerella sticks from the order so everything was waiting around for those to be cooked. My partner ordered the Steak out pizza which was meant to have steak, caramalised onion and roast potatoes on it there was not even a single roast potato in sight! Needless to say half of the pizza went in the bin as it was far from enjoyable. Wouldn't recommend and will not be wasting my money there again.

I can't tell you the number of chances I have given this place. If the order is correct, I will not lie, the food is lovely.... However, it's never correct. I cant tell you the number of times I have ordered through just eat and stated I want a buffalo base for my pizza, I have even stated this in the additional comments and almost never has it been correct. Even when ordering in store and informing them its normally wrong, I still received a bbq base rather than a buffalo base on my pizza. These people can't differentiate between bbq and buffalo. I honestly believe these questionable people just write B on the bottle and pour it, with no clue whats what. I would like to go deeper/cuss more but i"m trying to stay somewhat reasonable with my review. Not only has it never been correct, but I can count on one hand the amount of times it has been delivered on time. As I type I am currently waiting for a pizza I ordered 2 hours ago. I ordered 40 minutes before midnight, at which time they close. I was called back immediately after my order to be told it would be delivered earlier as they were closing... fast foward an hour and 30 mins after they told me it would be delivered and i'm still waiting. I'm sick of this place and will give it no more chances. IF YOU WANT THE CORRECT FOOD WHEN YOU WANT TO EAT IT, DON'T ORDER FROM THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!! You will get no more money from me and hopefully no one else.

If i could give 0 stars i would Pizza took ages to arrive and when it finally arrived it was cold. Gave them the benefit of the doubt due to it being a weekend. However, second time round they were just as slow. Driver just handed the food straight over saying it was all there and running off. They forgot our desserts!!! Rang them back and there was no apology and the person that answered the phone tried to avoid our questions knowing that it still hasn't been sent out after an hour of waiting. Desserts still not arrived after 2 hours of waiting for dessert. Got nothing for the inconvenience, would avoid from now on. Rubbish service and food isn't that good, there are much better pizza places around the area with a general understanding of customer service.

We've been waiting over an hour for the food to arrived. The food arrived but they were cold and pizza was hard. They missed out our desserts and had to call them twice over an hour period to chase it up. After the second call we waited an extra hour. Overall the service is just poor and the food isn't that great so it doesn't make up for it. Will not be returning. Why should we wait 3 hours for a meal we paid for.

Ordered a takeaway for friends and my hungry pregnant wife... 1 and a half hour later I recieved an incomplete delivery... fries and burger was missing the first time... called the driver who then told me that he cannot do anything... spoke to the manager who was absolutely useless as he blamed it on me... how would it be my fault if I placed an order through just eat... Overall the pizza was cold.. I didn't get the refund and now manager is not interested. Really disappointed from overall experience... bunch of thieves...
