Chunky Chicken - Manchester

The most dry and horrible fried chicken in Manchester, probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever seen and the service was absolutely horrendous. The man with moustache on counter was rude and tried to overcharge and another miserable looking man sat on the counter taking money. Pizza was also disgusting. Overall terrible experience for me an my family

Awful customer service, the man on the counter with a moustache was rude and after overcharging me on my order actually tried to ask for more money. The rest of his self was dirty with dirty tables and the food was below average. It’s a shame because this used to be a nice family restaurant many years ago but poor stuff recruitment and low quality food has really let this place down!

Absolutely terrible. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes, but I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. Despite other customers who ordered after me receiving their food promptly, my order was completely ignored. The manager and staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Even though I usually overlook minor issues because the staff is usually friendly, this experience was unacceptable. It was frustrating to see one of the meals I had ordered sitting there untouched for the entire time, only to be told by the manager that it was for someone else, even though it was not given to anyone. After 10 years of patronage, I have decided not to return to this restaurant.

I used to order from here all the time until today, I ordered 2 chicken burgers with no lettuce or mayo (I’m allergic to mayo), 1 box of chips with cheese and a doctor pepper, the food arrived very early and now I know why, I got three chicken burgers, ALL WITH LETTUCE AND MAYO, and the chips were nowhere to be seen, the disgraced that the only thing they got right was the doctor pepper, btw I had it delivered so there was no way I was able to get it changed

The opportunists have increased their UberEats prices during the Coronavirus crisis. It’s already almost double shop prices but to add even more of a charge in this time is disgraceful. This is all despite them being extremely popular on the app!
