They didn’t want the food I had ordered and the driver and restaurant then started arguing on my phone as I had rung them to find out what was going on. Driver blaming the restaurant and vice versa. Shouting at the driver to come back to the store and view the CCTV as they had proof they’d given him the food. I asked him to deal with that later and to resend food so my kids could eat. We’d been in A&E since 4am this morning and we were all just hungry and tired. The restaurant point blank refused and hung the phone up on me. Speaking in another language to colleagues and speaking over me the entire phone call. Absolutely disgusting, narcissistic individuals that will happily leave you hungry. Never ever again!
I asked a question about the menu and the person in the front of house replied me in a very rude way, also speaking in a different language with the front of house. After that he charged me a burger at the same price of the menu. If you want to eat is better you go somewhere else.
When you go into a takeaway with the lights all on and people insole serving you sort of expect that you can order food? Obviously not here as soon as i walked in no food left really comes to the door and tells me it’s closed it’s ran out of food really ? Don’t lie. just say if you want to close don’t lie to a loyal customer
Easily the best takeaway for kababs and pizzas around the Didsbury area. Food is well priced, delivered on time and hot, large portions and tasty.
1 hour and 20 mins later still no food so I called the takeaway up to find out what’s going on. Some guy answered and started yelling down the phone at me I and talking over me. He said he knocked on 10 times which he didn’t knock once. He said he would only deliver the cold food and not make a new order for me and then said I can either have cold food or he will cancel my order. I then asked to speak to manager and when manager come on he apologied and said it was a delivery Driver I was speaking to. It’s a good job he didn’t come in the end other wise I would’ve smashed his head in the cheeky geeza
