I would not have had to leave this complaint if they had resolved the issue properly. This experience showed a lack of hygiene and poor customer service.
I was extremely disappointed with the service and meal at this restaurant today. I discovered a large fingernail in my chicken tikka masala, which was absolutely disgusting. When I called Delhi 2 Go to request a refund for just the one meal (as the others were fine), the person I spoke to was very rude and ended the call abruptly after I made the complaint. The hygiene standards and customer service at this establishment are both subpar and disgraceful.
This kebab was amazing! I enjoyed it for what it was but it was quite expensive. The sauce was really good though, so thanks for that.
I ordered by telephone, they repeated about 10 times to make clear the order, also where I live for delivery. When arrived the driver said he gave him the wrong post code he is sorry for been late. I told him its not his fault. Then there was item missing, I phoned back they said they can't bring item .I will never eat or order there again. These workers are dragging the business down to the ground.
Went here last night after a few drinks. Ordered a chicken tikka KEBAB, I was given a chicken tikka WRAP with no salad. The chicken tikka can only be described as bizarre and the hygiene was more than questionable. Would NEVER return.
