We then ordered two pots of tea, which arrived with just a tiny amount of milk. The waitress informed us they had run out of milk and were going to the store. We shared what little milk we had while we waited. After 20 minutes, we asked about the milk, and it turned out she hadn't sent anyone to the shop initially. After about 40 minutes, she finally returned with the milk. I mentioned that our tea was now cold, and she simply replied, "OK," and walked away, without offering to bring a fresh pot. Overall, the service was dreadful, and the quality of the food was not much better. It was incredibly disappointing.
