They offer a delicious vegan alternative to their black doner and carving. The flatbread has a fantastic texture, and I believe they have 2-for-1 cocktails available all day. The decor is lovely, and the staff is friendly. They have a central bar in the Maisbörse, which is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a drink.

The restaurant offers a couple of vegan options and a few additional vegetarian dishes. However, I found the food to be just okay—somewhat bland and not worth the price.

We started with falafel and hummus, a fantastic dish that's perfect for sharing. The falafels were amazing, with the chickpeas not blended into a smooth paste, allowing for delightful textures. The accompanying tabbouleh salad was fresh and vibrant, and we quickly polished off the plate. For our main courses, I had the vegan kebab with fries and a side of hot sauce, while my dining companion enjoyed a vegan sausage. Both dishes were excellent; the kebab was generously portioned and came with a fresh salad, while the hot sauce was pleasantly sharp and slightly sweet. The vegan sausage made with pea protein was incredible, boasting a robust smoky flavor and a substantial texture, also paired with fresh salad and tasty chips that I loved. I had a conversation with the owners, Saj and Laura, and suggested that they consider labeling which drinks are vegan-friendly for easier navigation, rather than relying on Google or Barnivore searches. Saj mentioned that this is definitely something they’ll consider, along with the idea of introducing a vegan drinks menu and possibly including a vegan dessert in the future. I was a bit hesitant before our visit, as Doner House isn’t typically my go-to type of dining, but I was thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend it!

Sincean Kebab was fantastic—definitely one of the best I've ever had! I will definitely return!
