Elements Restaurant at Novotel Manchester - Recensioni

My sister and I came here for a birthday breakfast after a night out in Manchester. We were craving something savory, and this place really hit the spot.

I have visited this restaurant several times now, and I have to say that I was not very excited about the idea of another 'Americana' themed restaurant.

I ordered a simple meal of omelette, salad, and fries. The omelette was tasty, the salad was fresh, but the fries were extremely hard and nearly broke my tooth!...

Food was just ok, not a great representation of American cuisine... pancakes were kind of dry and the avocado toast wasn't great either
