Best customer service we had in gran cafe from Esin she made it our day my wife was birthday today she made very nice plate for her we are so happy thanks for esin. Manager Elena she looked after us she was so kind we really had nice experience. We will come back again for sure .

We are long standing regulars of the San Carlo brand both in london and Manchester so thought whilst shopping we would stop in for a quick bite at the cafe within Selfridges. It was a disappointing mistake and one we shall not make again! Upon arrival we were greeted with rude hostility by the waitress who would not let us sit with two people on the bench seating. She then moved another couple and put tables together all this whilst grumbling . We then asked where the toilets were and she was even ruder. She said over there in a tone that was accusatory of being stupid it was however our first visit and there were no signs. Whilst eating we also noticed that she was swearing whilst the phone was ringing saying f+ck off! Our food arrived and it wasn’t up to the San Carlos standard and did not represent anything the brand stands for. The chicken ciabatta only had half the chicken in it so half the sandwich was literally just bread see photos we also had someone else’s rogue chip mixed in with the sandwich as we didn’t order chips
