The experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I was shocked at how bad it was. I ordered through a delivery service and received the wrong item, as well as a damaged one. When I tried to contact the restaurant, I couldn't reach them directly and had to send an email complaint. The manager called me back, but unfortunately, he wasn't helpful at all. He seemed more interested in chatting than actually addressing the issues. When I explained about the wrong order and the damaged item, his responses were unhelpful and dismissive. It was clear that he didn't want to take responsibility for the mistakes made. I have been a loyal customer of Costa for a long time, but this experience has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I will be sharing my feedback with Costa directly and also on a radio show later today.

I usually visit this Costa with my family, but this time the staff seemed disinterested in helping. When I asked for a drink she didn't know how to make, she started reading the recipe from a sheet and ultimately made it incorrectly. When I requested a different drink because the first one was not right, she gave me a bad look and once again made a mistake with the drink. I eventually gave up on the staff and left with a terrible drink.

Staff here were so friendly and welcoming even though they were busy and rushed when I came in. Perfect customer service

I’ve ordered a couple of times now from this place through UberEats and without fail, they get the order wrong. Missing 2 main items from the first order and for the second order, they made me the wrong hot drink. How hard can it be??? Get your act together and do what your supposed to do

Staff always getting stuff wrong and barely seem like they’re paying attention to doing their job, never mind attention to detail. Drinks below usual Costa standard, practically thrown in the cup. Messy interior with unfinished touch ups, and worn furniture. Trash outside on decking that hasn’t moved for weeks. Barely any power points for laptops etc. Given it a few visits but won’t be coming back here again.
