I was really excited to see that they finally started storing vegan croissants in the airport industry. They run early, but so dont 100% rely on food here if its later on the day

I was here at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning and was very impressed by the well-stocked vegan selection, when adjacent large chain coffee shops had offered very little. I can warmly recommend the new Aubergine Banh mi- very fresh taste with a good bread to filling ratio (and not to messy on the go as the avo Baguette can be! . Clean tables and friendly attentive staff who are quick to clean and in stock.

I visited this restaurant at 7 AM on a Sunday morning and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive vegan options, especially compared to the limited offerings at nearby chain coffee shops. I highly recommend trying the new aubergine banh mi—it has a delightful fresh flavor and the bread-to-filling ratio is just right (not nearly as messy to eat on the go as the avocado baguette can be!). The tables are kept clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive, quickly cleaning and restocking as needed.

They offer a great selection of vegan options, as well as some gluten-free dishes. The menu features corn cakes with chocolate, refreshing fresh juices, and matcha lattes, along with salads and various snacks.
