Mcdonald's - Manchester

Not to crowded with plenty of tables available. Easy to order food on screens. Order came quickly and had all the necessary items. Food was hot and fresh, service efficient. Restaurant was clean and well kept.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited.. It was a busy Sunday, with few tables free. However, this wasn’t an issue, we just waited patiently.. However, some of the staff are the rudest, I’ve ever encountered. One particular member of staff who was working upstairs on this date (a black girl, didn’t catch her name) she argued with customers, she refused to help with our order, she threw dirty looks at customers, she was abrupt, Then to top it off, she went and cleaned the blocked toilets after someone had complained and carried whatever she’d pulled out of the toilet through the restaurant area in a clear bag, so everyone who was eating their lunch could see the contents.. Disgusting.. We threw our food in the bin and left.. What a disgrace McDonald’s.. This is a McDonald’s on one of the busiest streets in London it’s awful.. You need to sort this restaurant out..

Only popped in as we were tight on time. Waited ages then just for a muffin and jam and drinks. Constantly bad, food cold, drinks cold, hard to get a table as people are sleeping on the tables!!!!

There is something comforting about familiarity. This is what led me to McDonald’s. After long flights, and nearly 40 hours of travelling, my tummy was not happy. I had tried eating elsewhere earlier in the day, only for it to react with my stomach. So after walking around Manchester, I just need to grab something to eat before I returned to the hotel. This McDonald’s is located conveniently on a corner on Oxford Road. It was literally five minutes walk from my accommodation. So it was all about convenience, and familiarity that let me to this location. Service was as one would expect. The young lady serving me was actually very pleasant. Meal size in the UK is only medium or large. I ordered a medium big Mac meal and went and sat one of the very colourful seating areas to one side. What I love about this McDonald’s is the vibrant colours. There are small tablets for children to play with, which I thought was very cute. It is a very busy location, but when I was there, it was only about 1/3 full, most people were choosing the takeaway option.

We ordered some items via the app on a mobile as it was a bit chilly outside ,the first seating area was very cold as well the other larger seating area was actually quite warm . the app would not let us order some items even thought we saw people eating them in the restaurant ,also no hot chocolate available on a plus side we were able to order the items to de delivered to the table so over all a bit mixed
