Mi Casa Burritos - Manchester

The staff at this restaurant is unhygienic, unhelpful, and moving slowly. I would never return to this place.

I never really write any reviews, but this experience was the worst that I ever had in my life and that is something I needed to share with potential customers who hopefully do not eat there as well as the owner of this place. first., at all, area with eating behind the theke looked creepy, eating looked like there was one, but I thought maybe they had animated it. Unfortunately, the customer service was from the beginning quite bad, a guy who served me could not be slower, he looked high or really sleepy, he had no interest in serving customers. I ordered naked veggie burrito, which cost me around £9, which was above the average price of burrito and the amount of food I got was not worth the half of this price. size of my part was smaller that a little began to get them in a restaurant. I knew I wouldn't be full after that. When I tried my burrito, it was even more disappointing. absolutely no taste, overcooked rice and paprika, eating looked tasteless. I really annoyed to have spent almost 10 pounds and get something like that. I want to warn everyone before I go to this place. it's rating that is somewhat over 1.5, makes its justity safe and I'm really surprised that this place still works. I've ever tried and worst experience I've ever had!

Absolutely disgusting, was going to give it back and ask for my money back but considering it took them 5 minutes to serve me even though I was the only one in the que I couldn't be bothered to wait again.

My mum decided on a beef burrito and I would have a burrito bowl. In first glance the counter was a mess, there was food everywhere and I put this down to the fact they might have been busier before I arrived. The beef was...the last in the container and was dry and hard since it had been left for a while. When I asked for chicken on my burrito bowl, she said I’ll just go and get some. She brought a plastic container containing around 25 cooked chickens and put it in the microwave infront of me for 8 minutes. No way would all 25 of those stacked chickens be cooked in 8 minutes and in the mean time the beef was left drying up even more on my mums burrito. I decided I didn’t want my holiday to start with food poisoning so I opted to leave the food and I ate upstairs in giraffe instead (good, clean food).

I was walking around Manchester Airport in search of a place to sit down and have a coffee. I stumbled upon some smaller cafes located under the stairs to the main restaurants. My first choice was Burger King, but they did not have any Lattes available. I then decided to check out Mi Casa coffee across the hall, which was okay.
