Pachino's Pizza - Manchester

Absolutely terrible experience. Our food took two hours to arrive, and when we called to inquire about its whereabouts, we were lied to. When it finally showed up, it was lukewarm and missing items. Despite calling back to address the issue, we were met with hostility and poor communication. To make matters worse, the chicken in my daughter's kebab was undercooked and had to be thrown away. Two hours later, the second delivery we were promised never arrived. We feel like we wasted £37 and believe this restaurant should be reported to trading standards and Wigan public health.

The pizza at this restaurant was delicious. The service was good, and we opted for takeout for dinner. The price per person was between £10-20. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a 4 out of 5.
