Despite my clear instructions and selection of the Go Solo set, which included a Jackfruit Pepperoni Medium original pizza, cauliflower wings, and a Pepsi Max 500ml, the delivery experience was nothing short of a debacle. At 13:22, I received a call from Papa John 's staff informing me that an incorrect pizza had been handed to the Uber driver and that the correct one would be delivered within 10 to 15 minutes. Throughout this ordeal, I was repeatedly contacted by Papa John 's to confirm my address, despite it being correct from the outset. Despite waiting patiently until 14:51, the promised delivery time elapsed without any sign of my order. Upon contacting Papa John 's once again, I was informed that the driver had already delivered the pizza, a claim that I vehemently dispute. I was alone at home during this period, and no delivery attempt was made, as no one rang the bell or contacted me via phone. The driver 's assertion that he delivered the pizza to a woman who claimed to have ordered it is both incredulous and unacceptable. I refuse to shoulder the responsibility for your driver 's incompetence and the dishonesty of an unidentified individual. This entire experience has resulted in over two hours of wasted time, frustration, and disappointment. Furthermore, the refund of £6.29 issued by Uber Eats is grossly insufficient to cover the cost of a medium sized pizza, let alone compensate for the inconvenience and distress caused. I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a full refund for my order, as well as appropriate compensation for the time and inconvenience endured. Anything less would be an inadequate response to the gravity of this matter. I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency and seriousness it warrants. Worst pizza in Manchester, Domino’s is far better. Ordered it and received in stale condition very less cheese.Trust me try any other pizza takeaways. I think the employees are so dumb and useless.
Order a pizza with extra beef and cheese. The two things I ordered, and paid more for, are least present. Called branch, staff unable to communicate. Was not happy at 2am. Update: Store manager returned the call, apologised for the experience, invited me to order again, and credited my account. Will adjust food rating after receiving my next order.
The staff are the rudest, dirtiest and most ignorant people I have ever met.
Pizza and wings were as expected but we were told a 10 minute wait, we came back and they made 5 or 6 uber eats/deliveroo before us and we know our order was before them. Kept waiting a while.
