Philadelphia Fried Chicken - Manchester

I noticed that this place has been open for about a year, but I didn't think much of it until I read some reviews and my brother told me how good it is. I decided to try the double spicy chicken fillet burger, and it was fantastic—moist, crispy, and spicy. It’s what I would call a wonderfully chaotic burger. To my surprise, the service was excellent as well! I also tried the spicy wings and mini fillets, which were amazing. Don’t forget to enjoy their unique sauce that sets this place apart.

"I’ve been enjoying the best burger at this place since its opening, and it has always been consistent. However, I’ve noticed a recent change—perhaps it’s the oil or the brand they use—because sometimes the flavor is a bit different (not bad, just different). The sauce has a strong kick, and the burger is a bit salty. Some people might find that a bit too much, so having extra mayo available could be helpful. The restaurant is usually very busy, but I believe the staff could improve their customer service—just a smile would make a big difference. This is the only reason I deducted a star, as I’ve been there at least 4-6 times a month, and I’ve yet to see any improvements in how they interact with customers."
