Contribuisci feedbackNow don’t get me wrong we had an enjoyable experience in Pizza Hut as always) but it didn’t live up to our usual standards this time for a number of reasons. The bottomless pizza buffet which some of our party ordered was not great as there were only a couple of pizzas out throughout our visit and fresh pizzas were not brought out often- leaving the pizzas to get pretty cold as they were left out unattended for a while. The pizzas which we ordered were tasty as per usual but took a long time to arrive. It almost felt as if there wasn’t enough staff as the place felt lacking in life and environment with no real service.
Basically didn’t give me my food after making me wait then when I asked for a refund having waited 30 minutes got told the system was down and I couldn’t get a refund. OMG. So so poor. Eat here if you are starving and have no choice but don’t expect to actually receive your food!!!
Have fond memories of this restaurant and fancied the all inclusive buffet post Covid.The man who greeted us on arrival was fabulous,he couldn't be more welcoming and professional. The food was excellent, probably should have not ordered the deal for our 16 year old daughter as it wasn't cost effective as she doesn't eat much but that's our fault.Loved the special crown pizza for the Jubilee!!! Thanks.
……and toilets not too clean. Staff were friendly but personally I find the food a bit formulaic and bland. Kids (12 and 14) love it there so adults outvoted.
As you'd expect from pizza hut, their pizza was great. However, our waiter was extremely uncompromising when it came to forcing us to order on the app, despite explaining that many of us were technologically illiterate when it comes to that kind of thing. He also attempted to take away my food when I was obviously still eating.
