I had a wonderful lunch here! The atmosphere is perfect—central yet tucked away from the crowds, situated on a lovely street. The ambiance is beautiful, and the service is excellent. They offer a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The food was fantastic, and this will definitely be my go-to spot for this type of cuisine in Manchester! The prices were reasonable considering the portion sizes and quality. The pistachio dessert and coffee were also outstanding. I can't wait to return!

We were eager to try something new in Manchester, so we chose Sicilian NQ for our first night, and I'm so glad we did. I had never tried Sicilian cuisine before, but now I'm already looking forward to having it again. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was wonderful and incredibly attentive, making it an overall fantastic evening. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Manchester!

Really nice chilled environment and delicious food. The mushroom arancino was my favorite. Also pictured Focaccia, Olives, Ragu Pasta, Mushroom Pasta and pistachio plate with Nougat ice

I've been wanting to go here for ages and I was definitely not disappointed. If you love a deep fried cheesy ball of rice, you need to go try these **** amazing Arancini at @sicilianfoodnq . We had a Mr Mount Etna and Arancino Spinach to start followed by Nonna's Meatballs, Tagliatelle Ragu and Gnocchi Alla Siciliana. Oh and I also had the most delicious Tiramisu but that wasn't round long enough for a photo
