Spud U Like - Manchester

I went here thinking I could get a potato with tuna mayo and salad .however they didnt have tuna and there was no salad.only a few wilted leaves of lettuce.there were also very few toppings.I consoled myself that at least they had the shortest queue at the food court.well now I know why.For a potato with some cheese and a drink I was charged over 8.00! I was shocked.Don't bother going!

Ordered the chicken Caesar salad and I’m not exaggerating and kid you not there were literally two tiny grated pieces of potato’s topped with salad leaves, 2 thin slices of chicken, a slice of cheese and some sauce. Something I could’ve paid £2 for but got charged £7. With no drink either. Far too expensive and portion sizes are ridiculous

Staff seemed very morbid, why are you charging people nearly £6 for a potato!!! Ridiculously priced food and the toppings are bland

Ordered a jacket potato and chilli. With a drink. Came to £8.38?!?!?! Really? That meal would have cost less than £1 to make I bet you’ve got to make a profit but it’s disgusting it’s a potato!! Wasn’t even nice. The small drink I got was £1.89 when maccies charge .99p. Only went here because I had limited choice as I’m coeliac. No wonder all the chains are being closed down! Awful

Decided to go to Arndale for dinner one night. I wanted a baked potato, went to Spud U Like at 7.55pm as it was advertised as closing at 9pm. Everything had been cleared down, asked guy if he was closed, he said he was. I asked if there was any chance as I had really fancied a baked potato, he shrugged and said Too bad I didn 't make a big thing of it, as I thought maybe I 'd made a mistake, but checking website again it clearly said closing time was 21.00
