This airport restaurant is substandard and overpriced, like many others in airports. The service was slow and unattentive, with the staff more interested in chatting and eating ice cream than serving customers. The menu was only accessible through a crashing QR code, and we had to order at the counter because no one came to take our order. The food claimed to be freshly cooked but arrived suspiciously quickly, and when we asked for chicken as a side, we were flatly refused. Despite some tasty dishes like the cheese-covered garlic ciabatta and pesto pasta, the overall experience was disappointing and expensive. The limited beer selection and lack of customer service further added to our dissatisfaction. The management needs to improve the service and quality of the restaurant. Save your money and opt for a better dining option elsewhere in the airport.
The service at this restaurant was terrible and unprofessional, with a rude attitude from the manager. We had hoped for a nice meal before our flight, but instead encountered a manager in all black who was more focused on chatting and laughing about drinking on the job than helping customers. When I approached her for assistance, she ignored me and then displayed a disrespectful attitude when addressing my concerns. Additionally, the meals seemed to be microwaved as our pasta dishes arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. And to top it off, we were told we couldn't add chicken to our meals after they had already been served. Overall, a disappointing experience.
Shockingly bad! grabbed breakfast before our flight and how you can make scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes and hash brown taste of nothing is beyond me. don't waste your time and money
We always come here while flying from terminal 3, Food is lovely, very quick and fresh. And Sarah is the most wonderful server, she always remembers us and makes a fuss. As front as house she’s brilliant and a credit to the restaurant.
