Rolling Hills - Mandan

The menu seemed quite appealing, and when our breakfast arrived, it certainly looked delicious. I started by adding pepper and hot sauce to my hash browns because I always find them lacking in flavor. However, when I took a bite, I was disappointed to find that the food was very cold and bland, despite the additions. The scrambled eggs were overcooked, and the ham was also dry. On a positive note, the servers were friendly and attentive. They definitely need to address the issue with the flies, though.

I ordered a basket of teriyaki wings and my husband had the Philly burger. The restaurant is open 24 hours. While the decor definitely needs some updating and feels a bit faded, the food was quite tasty, and I would recommend this place. Our server was very pleasant and attentive, making sure our drinks were always refilled. I also tried a strawberry shake, which was genuinely delicious and a generous size. There's plenty of semi parking available as well. My only complaint is that the ranch dressing was pretty watered down. Every time I visit this restaurant, the food is always fantastic, with generous portions cooked to perfection. The waitstaff varies from good to excellent. I can only imagine how successful they would be if they were located in my town, but it's great to have a quality option for our truck drivers as well. Keep up the great work, Rolling Hills!

Once again, Amazing breakfast. My wife and I cannot say enough about this place. From our waiter(Mary), table service(Rose), and chef(Rachel), we consistently get top notch service. Recommend to anyone that would like to experience real customer service, with a very relaxed atmosphere.
