Le Lagon Mandelieu

We won’t come back! First of all, we’ve been going there for years and always spent lots of money and had a good time. Yesterday we decided to go to the pool party and have some fun but when they decided to use blue smoke bombs to brings bottles to the tables, the smoke bombs lost color and landed on my bag, my dress, our beach towels and shoes. We politely told the manager and they said that they would wash it and gave it back to me. 20 minutes after they came back with only my bag washed but there were still blue spots, I thought I’d say something at the end when I had my affairs back. When we decided to leave the old woman said that the spots on my dress didn’t go away and for my bag as well so I had to go back there with recipes to have a reimbursement. She said she couldn’t do anything for my 2 beach towels as we were not obligated to bring it as they can give it to you for the pool ? . I obviously told her I didn’t have any recipes and she said it was not her fault and that next time we shouldn’t come to Le Lagon. I told her I wouldn’t come back for sure and she started to be rude and literally said: I’m not loosing any business if you don’t come back! Whaaaat?? After talking to other people from the staff, one guy said: I have 300 people to take care off I can’t do anything about it Now, I understand incidents happens but they didn’t even apologise, be polite or tried to do anything about it. Definitely don’t go there if you don’t want to be treated like a dog. And also please Lagoon change your bartenders

Nice place, we were there for dinner. The waiter though was a big dissapointment that really spoiled the evening. Not interested servicing its customers. Quality of the food and the entourage was good.. Work on your staff and service grade!

Great music, food and pool party! Plus for english language service

Visited France for a company retreat and we came here for lunch. We had Wagyu burgers and steaks, which were amazing and service was great but they lost one star as we weren’t allowed to use the pool without purchasing additional sun beds. As we were just there for 2h lunch, we had to skip the sun beds, but we will definitely be back in the future as it looked cool :

We had poke bowl for dinner at the restaurant. It was amazing! It’s fresh and delicious with the perfect sauce. Plus, the atmosphere, decor, outdoor seating by the pool and the big smiles on the staff, all make us feel like we were having a holiday on a tropical island.
