Nice small place. Good wine and home made flamkuchen.

Hot chocolate and coffee, cold icecream and the delicious waffles to go with it. Great family restaurant with friendly service and a traditional interior. Worth a stop while traveling through the region or as a refueling station on a longer hike along the river.

A very nice place, family business and cozy in every area. An incredibly good selection of wines in the local wine cellar is available. There is also a small selection of foods for small and medium appetite. Toilets are available and good to use. The service is top. A very nice place to stay. In the upper part of the building there are rooms that can be booked for a reasonable fee with and without breakfast. Many hiking trails and attractions are easily accessible from there. Definitely a recommendation.

After the hike from Daun to Manderscheid returned briefly. Delicious coffee and cake.
