Went here recently and tried the steak special which is not on the menu it is so good! It is a must try! The waitress said you can order it anytime even though it is not on the menu. We also had choo choo chicken which was good too! We will be back!

Prices Go Up, Portions/Quality Go Down!. We recently ate here...as we have since Trey Yuen opened. We noticed a new, pricier menu. We have always taken boxes of food home. Not this time! The portions are significantly smaller, and most of our food is ice cold! Young students run this place. All the older, experienced servers are gone. We noticed a much smaller crowd when we ate on a recent Sunday. I made reservations, and I confirmed them...and they still didnt have our reservations. It really saddens me that our favorite restaurant...for years...has gone way down. The owners need to take their restaurant back . Someone needs to walk around and check on their customers. It is unacceptable to get most dishes 'Cold. ' Three of us waited 5, 10 minutes.extra....only to get cold food. Where does this food sit so long to get so cold??? Who is monitoring food service??? Trey Yuen , unfortunately...has gone way down!!

Best Chinese food I have ever had! Atmophire is great love the koi pond and little Bambo forest. I love the food it is amazing and very authentic. Service is great.

A Very Enjoyable Experience. We've never been disappointed here, the service is excellent, the food delicious, with large servings that make excellent left overs. The prices are reasonable too.<br/ <br/ We've returned for many anniversaries, as it is really a special place.<br/ <br/ Get careful driving directions, as the service road can be confusing.

Consistently good. In my opinion, Trey Yuen beats all other chinese restaurants in the western part of the parish. I have never had a bad meal there. Everything I've ever ordered has been consistently good. It costs a little more than the other asian cuisine in the area, but it is well worth the few extra bucks. Quality service and nice decor as well. Hot sour soup egg rolls both top notch. Shrimp lobster sauce is the best in the area. Take out service is good as well.
