Bad Service all round. Ordered fish and chips and a kebab. They made the kebab almost straight away then waited 25 minutes to put down the fish. Meanwhile the chips had been sitting out the whole time. So cold kebab, cold chips and fish tasred like they hadn't changed the oil in a while. New to the area and definitely won't be going back here.

Been going here for a few years and the food and service have always been good. Tonight was different, service was good, chips were tasty, but the two donar kebabs with the lot were terrible. No cheese , two tiny pieces of tomato and sauces had no taste and like water. Very disappointed.

A wonderful place to eat! Turkish hospitality and are likely the best kebabs in Mandurah. The donner is fresh as is the salad. Very nice staff too and a very clean establishment.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I ordered through DoorDash, and the delivery driver had to wait an entire hour for our food because the staff didn’t know how to turn on the stove or make a kebab. It was really unfortunate for the driver, who wasn’t paid and won’t be reimbursed for sitting there waiting for our order. When our food finally arrived, it was awful—mostly just bread despite paying for extra meat and cheese, and the portion sizes were laughable. Instead of a proper kebab, it was essentially a rolled-up piece of bread with the wrong sauce and meat that tasted strange. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. I am extremely frustrated with the service we’ve received today. I understand that the staff might be new, but if you have to FaceTime someone to figure out how to prepare the food you’re supposed to be serving, then you shouldn't be open. It’s unacceptable that they’re charging customers for food they aren’t equipped to prepare. I’m absolutely appalled.
