Maritimo Lounge & Bar - Mangalia

Poor service and food quality. Expected a better service. The view is beautiful, but the rest is not impressed

The venue could not find our booking. We were told to sit down at a table on the pavement. Manager came and shouted at us fir having sat down at said table. Waited for 45 minutes for someone to take our order. Waited for another...hour for drinks. After another hour we enquired about the status of our food. We were told it would take another 20 mins and that it wasn’t their fault they were busy. We didn’t get to taste the food as we left to eat elsewhere. Bad service and even worse attitude. Avoid at all costs.

Visited at 13:00 on a Thursday. Received drinks at 14:10. Food not arrived by 14:45. We gave up. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Food was great, it came quickly. The waiter was very nice. The dinner was great. The athmosfere was wonderful, due to people and very good music. You really can feel that the entire staff did their best to make you feel wonderful.

The view is perfect, the place also gives you a good vibe, BUT, you wait half of century for someone to take your order and then the other half for your order to come. Not so great fun, real bad service
