Restaurant Argentinia - Mangalia

We ate here last year and the food was great. I came back this year and while the food looked good, there were flies on the meat. It is a Cantina-style restaurant and you see the food, but it should also be windows on the other side so that insects do not reach the food. After I saw that I didn't want to taste the food this year. Shame!

Good location, the restaurant is on the roof terrace building. Live music was a little loud. Serving was acceptable. We ate here three times, the same food has changed every time. Grill is fine, seafood is not so much. It's okay.
