Sandro's Italian - MANHASSET

Our first time here and our meal was superb! For appetizers we had the grilled artichokes. Stuffed clams. Beet salad and calamari. One was better then the next! The salad and the artichokes were prepared with the most amazing burrata cheese! Our pasta dishes were also excellent! Pepe and caccio was my favorite. Dinner entrees were plentiful and also very flavorful! Even though we were overstuffed, we had to have the apple d sweet and gelato! The staff as very attentive and friendly. Sandro was a pleasure to meet and takes very good care of you! Make a reservation ASAP! Very cozy room with comfortable booths and tables for a bigger group.

This place is incredible. All the pastas are homemade and extremely authentic. Seriously some of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. The standouts for me are: mafaldine pesto rosso and the rigatoni rocco. Try these two pastas and you will thank me. They also had a raviolo special filled with egg yolk and topped with truffle UNREAL. It's not a cheap restaurant, but it's well worth the price. Pro tip: make a reservation at least a week in advance, it books up quickly.

Absolutely five stars! This is our favorite place for Italian food—definitely the best on Long Island. It's a fantastic family-owned restaurant.

Authentic cuisine. My kids are super picky when it comes to italian and they loved everything. Great prices, great service and everything is always on point.

I recently had the best pasta I've enjoyed in ages! I've visited Sandro's multiple times, and they always exceed my expectations. The chicken limone I had during my last visit was outstanding. The appetizers are delicious, and the entire menu is impressive, making it suitable for nearly any occasion. The atmosphere is perfect, and the service is excellent, thanks to the fantastic staff. I highly recommend Sandro's for a wonderful Italian dining experience!
