Arby's - Manhattan

I want to highlight the exceptional service I received today. I visited the drive-thru during a busy time and was impressed by the team's hard work. I want to give a special shout-out to Travell, who was managing the drive-thru window. I understand how demanding these jobs can be, but despite the rush, Travell handled multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and kindness. He's truly a dedicated worker and deserves recognition for his efforts.

The Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich and fries are always fantastic! However, I was disappointed with the mint chocolate shake, as it didn't taste minty at all. The jalapeño bites were quite enjoyable, though a bit bland for my taste. Overall, the food is good!

The lettuce was terrible and soggy, with way too much sauce that was dripping everywhere. However, the meat was good.

The King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe felt hastily made and seems to be a way to appeal to the Christian community during Lent. Unfortunately, this rush has negatively impacted the quality of the dish. I wouldn't order it again.

Arbys brags that they have "The Meats". Their au jus leaves me doubting. Also, the bun should have been crusty, not soft white bread that disintegrates when dipped.
