Chick-fil-a - Manhattan

I just generally don't eat fast food these days except in a pinch. But when I find myself in the position to need to grab something, I'm usually happy to go here. I opt for grilled nuggets as a slightly healthier option and unsweetened tea. Of all the locations I've ever been to though, this particular franchise has some of the most polite and friendly staff. I do genuinely appreciate that their demeanor is always amazing regardless of the day.

The service is excellent; however, the only issue is that the buns are consistently cold, which causes them to crumble.

Always quick and friendly service. I'm glad they stick to their beliefs and remain closed on Sundays. It's a fantastic place for high school kids to find jobs.

I couldn't find any high chairs, but it was Black Friday and the place was extremely busy.

I've always used the drive-thru, but I finally decided to go inside today. The ordering process was really quick. They brought our food to the table, which is incredibly helpful when you have a toddler. I was pleased to see that the high chairs were CLEAN! Usually, they’re dirty or sticky everywhere else we go. A staff member even stopped by to ask if I wanted a drink refill. I had no idea the service inside was this good!
