Ihop - Manhattan

We ate here yesterday and I have to give huge props to the staff here. When we came in we could tell it was busy but still got seated quickly. We overheard that they were short staffed that day. But with our service you would have never known ! The staff was exceptional at getting everything out in a timely manner and checking on us to see if we need anything. Even the cooks helped bring out plates to us! that’s awesome teamwork Such polite workers , great customer service skills , and truly hard workers over all. And the food was delicious. Great experience thank you.

Food was hot and delicious. Shannon and John, our servers, were polite, attentive and very nice. Kudos to them! They made our experience wonderful.

Enjoyed our food and received good portions. However, the service was lacking. It was slow and disorganized.

At first I was a little taken aback by the lack of syrup variety normally found at IHOP but the waitress was so incredibly patient with our table with two, unruly kids. She made sure we had everything to order and brought us extras. What a gem!

My waitress was awesome. Didn't catch her name but she was a red head with a tattoo behind her ear. She was really busy but handled it well. Food came out quickly even for how busy they were.
