Mcdonald's - Manhattan

I went to the drive thru unplanned. It was a line out that was long but we got our food fast and everything we ordered was in the bag. Very quick service and the food was hot.

My daughter used the app so we could quickly pick up a few pommes on the way to home. it glitched and showed one thing to say that I had ordered what we had ordered last time, what there is the possibility to repeat orders. it showed me a date time and reception for a little over $10. I went in to redeem this instead of debating, but obviously it didn't come through her end and after the discussion in a few times and he tried to tell me that it probably didn't go through and I said I didn't really care what was at the end, it shows me a reception that it charged me a little over $10. obviously it is now up to me to prove that it went through my credit card and come back in a few days instead of just me the $10 worth of living resources that shows that I paid for it. the manager was polite, but that was really bad customer service. it wasn't my fault, it was her **** that cost me the $10 and the time and I didn't show anything for it. I had proof that it shouldn't be mine!

We came for a late lunch and play. the place was dirty with müll all over the floor. the beverages/condimente section was dirty and made of tassen for condiments together with additional lids, müll and whole packings of lids around. the ketchup packages we received were sticky with an unknown substance and the area we say in raw as feet. it felt sick.

Mcdonald’s wurstkäse biscuits and spicy can not beat. they get normal size cookies, sausage patents and the gravy will never be watered so much that it is tasteless and only makes the cookies soggy; unlike what they are shocked to find at the chef in manhattan, ks. (shameless.)

Do not climb into the outside lane of the thru drive on this mcdonald’s. they do not command. I have been sitting here to give my order, while 6 other cars have been through the other track. very frustrating.
